I Conclusion of a contract

Exclusively the offers of My Parking GmbH which are expressly designated as binding, all offers of the company are subject to change without notice.

A binding offer leading to the conclusion of a contract with My Parking GmbH comes into existence when the booking form is sent.

The contract is official as soon as My Parking GmbH sends an order confirmation. This confirmation is usually carried out within 12 hours.

Between the desired booking start and booking must be at least 24 hours.

If you want to make a booking within the next 24 hours, this can only be done by telephone with My Parking GmbH on +41 76 747 77 11. After booking by phone you will receive a confirmation by email.

If a booking is made via a third party, the third party is jointly and severally liable alongside the actual customer. Any contractual obligations of the actual customer are thus transferred to this third person.

In this contractual relationship between the customer and My Parking GmbH, the agreed services are only available to a third party with the consent of My Parking GmbH

II Scope of services

For the agreed rental period, a video-monitored garage parking space will be provided to the customer by My Parking GmbH, provided that it is available.

The customer is not entitled to a guarded garage parking lot. The safekeeping and attendant guarding are therefore not subject matter of the contract.

A contractual service provided by My Parking GmbH is the transfer of the vehicle from the Hertistr. 25,8304 Wallisellen to the provided garage and back.

The customer is entitled to a shuttle transfer from the above-mentioned office to the departure terminal. Alternatively, the public transport system "Tarif Public" can also be used for this purpose. The same applies to the return transfer from the airport to the office.

The customer undertakes to inform My Parking GmbH of the binding departure and arrival times by booking.

The transfer time announced by the customer must be adhered to, but can be changed at least 12 hours in advance after consultation with My Parking GmbH.

In the event of a change of the announced return flight due to e. g. flight cancellation, rebooking, change of flight number and major delay of the return flight, the customer agrees to inform My Parking GmbH of these changes without delay.

To ensure timely processing at the Hertistr. 25 CH - 8304 Wallisellen, the customer assures to arrive at the delivery station in time.

Should the customer's vehicle have already left the delivery station by an employee of My Parking GmbH, a compensation payment of CHF 50.00 must be paid by the customer if the journey cannot be started.

My Parking GmbH is not liable for any delay in arrival at the airport due to the customer's failure to comply with the agreements.

My Parking GmbH reserves the right to drive cars of customers up to 50km in case of large crowd.

III Prices and terms of payment

The prices quoted by My Parking GmbH are in principle binding. These binding prices can be found in the booking and reservation confirmation of My Parking GmbHH and are authoritative.

VAT is already included in the indicated prices. The parking fee to be paid by the customer must be paid in cash at the latest before the start of the trip on site. Optionally, the fee can be paid by the customer at the time of booking via bank transfer.

If the agreed parking time is exceeded, the customer must pay a corresponding additional amount. For this purpose, every day or part thereof is charged as a whole day.

IV Cancellations, rebooking and subsequent changes to booked services

Cancellation of the customer's reservation is free of charge, as long as this cancellation takes place 48 hours before the start of the parking period. In the event of a delay of less than 48 hours, 50 percent of the agreed price shall become due. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the agreed parking time, My Parking GmbH reserves the right to charge the customer 100 percent of the booking amount.

If no written cancellation is not made on the day of arrival, the customer will also be charged 100 percent of the agreed amount.

Cancellation is considered to have been delivered as soon as the declaration reaches My Parking GmbH. The customer undertakes to inform My Parking GmbH immediately of any changes in the return journey and the accompanying rebooking at This email address is being protected from spambots. This notification must be sent to My Parking GmbH immediately, but no later than 12 hours before landing in Zurich.

In the event of an unannounced change in the return flight, no liability will be assumed. This leads to an increased waiting time of the customer until the customer vehicle is made available.

The customer will be charged CHF 50.00 if a change has not been announced.

V Immediate reporting of fraud attempts

If you try to blame My Parking GmbH for damages that have already occurred, My Parking will immediately initiate a report of fraud. Note: Every vehicle is inspected & photographed in advance if there is damage before it is taken over by an employee. Noticeable damage will be reported immediately by telephone & email before the vehicle is moved.

VI Liability

If the customer does not arrive 2 hours before departure to the car drop-off station, My Parking GmbH is not liable in any way in case of delays.

Any additional damage to the car must be reported by the customer to the company immediately and before leaving the parking service *Wallisellen*.

Any damage to his own vehicle must be reported to his own insurance company as a matter of priority.

My Parking GmbH assumes no liability for personal valuables in the customer vehicle. In the case of a technical defect at the customer vehicle and accompanying misfires at the customer vehicle the customer takes over appropriate measures.

Any possible costs for overnight stay or return travel costs must be paid by the customer himself. My Parking GmbH is not liable for this.

Should mechanical or technical defects be present at the customer's vehicle after delivery or before return of the vehicle, My Parking GmbH assumes no liability for this. Should an employee of My Parking GmbH have caused and reported damages to the customer's vehicle, the company only pays the customer the amount determined by the partner garage of My Parking GmbH.

The customer takes over any duties in case of a repair. Should the customer vehicle not be functional due to a weak or empty battery,My Parking GmbH will provide the customer with a vehicle. A guarantee on subsequent functionality is not given.

Any inquiries and demands of the customer to My Parking GmbH to carry out a subsequent battery change or to pay are rejected and are excluded.

Replacement vehicles, compensation for theft and further demands of the customer, which are not covered by the insurance ofMy Parking GmbH, are excluded from this agreement.

For organisational reasons, your vehicle will be parked in the parking lot of the office location the evening before your arrival.

My Parking GmbH is not liable to the customer or the owner of the car in particular for the consequences of damages or for the theft concerning the car delivered by the customer and the objects in it (e.g. car radio, telephone, navigation system, personal valuables or similar).

Liability is also excluded for any damage to the car, technical defects to the car, parking damage to the car, consequences of vandalism to the car. My Parking GmbH is also exempt from any kind of claims in case of immissions of third parties, force majeure as well as in case of damages caused by internal or external riots or elementary forces of nature (also hail damage or marten bites or similar).

My Parking is not liable in any way for possible consequential damages of already existing tire damages, e.g. at check-in there is already a nail in the tire, during the parking time the tire loses air and is flat at return.

The customer also has no claim to the provision of a rented vehicle or to compensation of other costs (such as additional accommodation costs, taxi or other means of transport, etc.) My Parking GmbH is the place where the customer returns the car to My Parking GmbH for any damage to the car.

My Parking GmbH is entitled to describe also later, namely when parking the car on the parking lot, determined damages to the car. Such damages are considered pre-existing. The customer acknowledges these damages as pre-existing damages for which My Parking GmbH is not liable. Any additional damage to the car has to be reported by the customer to the company immediately and before the departure from the airport.

In the case of damages to customer vehicles caused and reported by employees of My Parking GmbH (damage to stands, parking damages, technical defects, force majeure, vandalism, etc. excluded), the amount determined by the insurance will be paid to the customer. Excluded are further demands of the customer like replacement vehicle, bonus loss, activity compensation as well as all other demands not covered by the insurance of the My Parking GmbH.

In case of damage the insurance of the vehicle owner is liable in principle and primarily. In the case of damages to customer vehicles caused and reported by employees of the company (damage to stands, parking damages, technical defects, force majeure, vandalism etc. excluded) the repair will be carried out by specialized partner garages of the company. The company rejects preferred and desired partners of the customer. A promise of costs must be confirmed in writing and only arises after a cost estimate has been sent. The company is only liable for the amount of a cost estimate from our partner garages. Excluded are further claims of the customer such as replacement vehicle, loss of bonus, activity compensation as well as all other claims not covered by the insurance of the company.

VII Not deposited wagon key (unless otherwise agreed)

Unless otherwise agreed with My Parking GmbH, the customer must leave the car key at the time of departure.

If the customer has not left a car key before departure, an additional fee of CHF 200.00 will be charged for expenses compensation.

This additional fee must be paid immediately upon collection of the car from the customer.

If the customer has not deposited the car key, My Parking GmbH reserves the right to commission a towing service at the expense of the customer to tow the customer's vehicle.

Should the car key not have been deposited by the customer, My Parking GmbH reserves the right to commission a towing service at the expense of the customer to tow the customer's vehicle.

VIII Protection of privacy

The entered personal customer data is used exclusively for the execution of the services. This data will not be passed on to third parties.
